Acrylic paint on recycled canvas – I have been going to charity shops and buying canvas prints to paint on, firstly because you can pick them up for as little as 50p, secondly, I like the idea of painting over some cliched print of a dog or flower or landscape with something unique.
Acrylic paint on hardboard, slightly smaller than A4 size.
Quickly and crudely done in acrylic on canvas board, not a brilliant painting but it is not supposed to be. It’s spontaneous, there was no planning, it just took shape from a smear of blue paint applied with a palette knife. I like the figure the most. Made, 28th Feb 2018.
A mixed media approach to this, acrylic paint, pencil crayon and glued on paper, on a hardboard panel and framed.
