Old work shoes turned into art, (left) covered in bus travel tickets I have made recently and (right) a simple acrylic painted landscape inspired by the Trent washlands.
Watercolour paint on cartridge paper, June 2016.
I don’t see the necessity in giving abstract paintings titles, I know a lot of major artists do. So these have no titles, circa 2008/09, and are oil on canvas. All three pictures have ‘found’ material incorporated into them, a button, three polystyrene rings used in packaging, and melted candle wax.
In 2008 I did quite a few abstract paintings, this is one of my favourites. It is oil on canvas.
